Double Bay | Bondi Beach

A little about Nicholas…

Nicholas brings generational experience and Eastern Suburbs expertise to every client relationship. Having grown up surrounded by property, Nicholas was inspired early on by his father — founder of Place Estate Agents in Double Bay and a respected property developer for over three decades. This foundation instilled in him not only a deep understanding of the industry but also an enduring passion for excellence in every aspect of real estate.

Now an integral member of Richard Faludi’s team, Nicholas is recognised for his drive, precision, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. His professionalism and attention to detail ensure that every campaign, from initial consultation to final negotiation, is handled with care and strategy befitting Sydney’s most exclusive addresses.

After graduating from The Scots College, Nicholas began his career in property management while studying a Bachelor of Business, quickly advancing to sales with Raine & Horne Double Bay. Immersed in one of the world’s most competitive luxury markets, he developed an astute understanding of buyer psychology, pricing dynamics, and the refined service expectations unique to the Eastern Suburbs.

Why can Nicholas help you?

Born and raised in Vaucluse and Bellevue Hill, Nicholas has an intrinsic appreciation for the lifestyle, prestige, and community that define Sydney’s East. He brings this insight to each client interaction, offering a uniquely local perspective that only a lifelong resident can provide.

Beyond real estate, Nicholas remains actively involved in his community through his local golf club, maintaining strong connections that extend across the Eastern Suburbs network.

Driven, personable, and dedicated, Nicholas believes success in real estate is earned through integrity, consistency, and effort — principles that underpin his growing reputation in Sydney’s luxury property market.
