Nike brings a unique blend of financial expertise, multilingual capabilities, and a genuine passion for the Eastern Suburbs property market to her role as a Sales Associate to Hannan Bouskila at Double Bay/ Bondi Beach.

A graduate of Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies, Nike started her professional career in investment banking with J.P. Morgan, where she gained invaluable experience in financial analysis and high-level client interactions. Her qualifications include completing Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams. The CFA Studies equip her with an understanding of property valuation.

Away from the office, Nike enjoys an active lifestyle. She starts her days at the gym and spends quality time with her dog. She is an avid reader of self-development literature, continually enhancing her professional and personal growth.

A whiz with numbers, Nike’s transition to real estate was driven by her desire for a more people-focused career. Her first experience in property sales came with a major brand, selling off-the-plan residential apartments, followed by a role with an independent in the Double Bay market, working on the sales of many high-end properties.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian, Nike’s multilingual skills enable her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. As a sales associate, Nike helps with open for inspections, replies to customer enquiries, and, where required, guides clients through the buying process.
