A Cup of Kindness: Biggest Morning Tea at Raine & Horne

On a crisp Tuesday morning, 3rd June, the Raine & Horne Kingaroy office transformed into a hub of warmth, laughter, and generosity as it hosted Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. With teapots steaming and tables laden with homemade treats, the team set out with a heartfelt goal: to raise $500 in support of cancer research.

What followed was a humbling show of community spirit. Friends, family, tenants, landlords, and even passers-by dropped in to share a cuppa and contribute to the cause. Conversations flowed as freely as the tea, united by a common purpose and the simple joy of coming together.

By the end of the morning, the tally had far exceeded expectations. A remarkable $1,192.00 was raised — more than double the original target — all of which will go directly to the Cancer Council to support research, prevention, and vital support services.

The overwhelmingly positive response reminded everyone present of the power of a small act — a morning tea — to make a big impact. It was more than just a fundraiser; it was a celebration of hope, compassion, and community.

The Raine & Horne team extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed and helped turn a humble idea into a meaningful success.
