Amber has extensive knowledge of the Raine & Horne business and performs several key roles within the group. A principal of Raine & Horne Blackwood since 2016, she also serves as the group’s National Franchise Administrator.

In this role, she works closely with the Executive team and Network Performance Managers, while assisting principals throughout Australia and internationally with documentation preparation, record management and the successful onboarding of their new offices.

Amber has spent her entire career in real estate, initially working in administration for independent agencies before moving into property management. She joined the Raine & Horne South Australia group in 2012, when the state operation was still run under a master franchise agreement. Employed directly by the master franchisor, Amber supported the South Australian network through property management guidance and training, office administration support, and coordination of state network events.

In 2017, she stepped into her current national role, which she manages in tandem with her own business responsibilities as a principal. This dual perspective gives Amber a strong understanding of the requirements and day-to-day needs of real estate offices, particularly when joining the Raine & Horne network.
