Ben brings a wealth of experience to his role as Network Performance Manager, with a strong background in sales leadership, coaching and lifting agent performance across real estate and financial services.

Before joining Raine & Horne, he led a high-performing team of more than 50 agents across multiple offices, and prior to that served as Sales Manager Queensland at REA Group and spent more than six years with News Corp Australia, including as Group Sales Director – Real Estate QLD & NSW, overseeing residential, commercial and developer sales teams across print and digital. He also brings financial services experience from roles at Bankwest and Tower Insurance, along with experience as an independent trainer and assessor.

In his role, Ben works closely with principals and agents across Queensland to strengthen business performance, support long-term growth and help offices access new market opportunities — closely aligned with Raine & Horne's "Align & Accelerate" five-year business strategy and the group's continued expansion across the state.
