In real estate specifically, he has held senior state management roles in South Australia and Western Australia, partnering with business owners to drive performance, implement growth strategies, and support teams through change.

Alongside his corporate career, Bill has completed personal business ventures including the successful sale of his vineyard. A licensed real estate agent with a Diploma of Property Management Services from REISA, he combines practical frontline understanding with a strong commercial perspective.
