Carol brings ten years of real estate experience to the Raine & Horne corporate team, having first joined the network in 2015 at an office in Sydney's north shore. She has worked across leasing, property management, and sales, building a rare breadth of skills and insight into the full property journey.

Starting as a Leasing Officer, Carol progressed to property management administration, supporting and training a large team, before moving into sales administration for a team of five agents. She later became a Sales Associate provide direct support to her sale's pod and assist other agents as needed.

With her hands-on experience across multiple roles, Carol understands the challenges faced by agents and property managers alike. She now draws on this background to support the network, helping offices work more efficiently and deliver outstanding results.
