Chris Nicholl, Chief Executive Officer of Raine & Horne Group, brings over 35 years of property industry experience across Australasia and Asia.

An experienced CEO, managing director, and senior property services executive, Chris has built a distinguished career transforming businesses, driving growth, and building shareholder value. Before joining Raine & Horne in 2023, he held senior regional executive roles with three of the world's largest global real estate brands, served as CEO of ASX-listed Landmark White (now Acumentis), and was Market Director for RICS in Singapore, overseeing Asia-Pacific operations.

As CEO, Chris leads the Group's growth strategy across 370+ residential, commercial, rural, and financial services offices in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the UAE, and Fiji, including the Raine & Horne Commercial network spanning 30+ offices across major capital cities and regional growth hubs.

Strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly commercial, Chris has extensive experience leading change and driving performance across client satisfaction, market share, revenue, and margin growth. Central to his vision is the belief that real estate is a people business, and that building strong relationships with partners, principals, and their teams, underpinned by trust, service, and expertise, remains the foundation of the Group's success.
