Emily Berezdecky, Group Manager at Raine & Horne Victoria, began her career with the state team in early 2016, having previously built a strong foundation in customer service and leadership across retail (from age 17), management, and the fitness industry before transitioning into real estate.

Initially joining as Business Development and Events Manager, Emily has since advanced to her current role, where she works closely with all Victorian offices, providing training and support on Raine & Horne's systems and products. She plays a key role in the growth and development of new offices, manages franchise documentation, coordinates network events and training sessions, and oversees the network's marketing and social media activities.
