A highly respected real estate professional with over two decades of experience, Keith Walker brings deep expertise across real estate and franchising, nationally and internationally. He has served as Managing Director of six franchises, Chief Operating Officer of a Sydney-based real estate group, and held more than 11 years of franchising management experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, before spending four years consulting for major franchisors including Australia Post and Suncorp.

Since formally joining Raine & Horne in April 2024, Keith serves as Head of Network Growth, focused on expanding the network while building strong relationships with independent agencies and external parties. His firsthand experience of running a real estate business enables him to empathise with principals while constructively challenging them, an approach grounded in pragmatism, credibility, and mutual understanding.
