Ken Aoyama brings more than three decades of global technology leadership to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Raine & Horne Group.

Starting his career as an enterprising teenager, Ken has held senior CTO, Chief Product Officer, and Product Manager roles with top-tier organisations including Microsoft, a $2B global SaaS enterprise, and high-growth startups, across enterprise SaaS, finance, LegalTech, RegTech, and PropTech. He has developed eight world-first SaaS products from the ground up, five of which continue to lead their markets today.

At Raine & Horne, he drives innovation across the Group's technology platforms, including the in-house website CMS and DigiKitPlus digital appraisal platform, while ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and scalable, and developing new products that give offices a distinct competitive edge. Passionate about PropTech, Ken sees enormous opportunity to transform real estate through AI and big data, combining a clear growth strategy with startup-like agility to deliver rapid, high-ROI outcomes, such as the complete rebuild of the Raine & Horne website CMS in just seven months.
