Maria, Head of Property Management at Raine & Horne, brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role overseeing and regulating the entire property investment management leg of the network, providing daily guidance, training, and consultancy to property managers and business owners.

Originally from Brisbane, Maria moved to Sydney in her early 20s to expand her real estate experience, later running a successful agency in Sydney's Inner West that gave her a comprehensive understanding of the broader property market and the ecosystem surrounding residential property management in Australia.

Her expertise in software and systems training, combined with her hands-on experience, enables Maria to provide insightful, practical advice on how individuals and businesses can radically improve their performance, leveraging her own experience alongside that of her clients to train and support business owners and property managers across the Raine & Horne network.

Maria strongly believes that the key to stellar property management lies in consistent and efficient interpersonal communication with tenants and landlords, together with a friendly, flexible, and respectful approach and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients.
