Michael Nomarhas, Chief Financial Officer at Raine & Horne Group, brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate, automotive, advertising, and chartered accountancy, with expertise in capital management, strategic transformation, corporate governance, and cost optimisation.
Joining Raine & Horne as Financial Controller and Company Secretary in 2024, Michael was appointed CFO in July 2025. Previously, he was General Manager, Finance at MG Australia (local subsidiary of SAIC Motor Group), and held senior finance roles at Corse Automotive, advertising firm Claude Group, and another major real estate group, where he was named Employee of the Year in 2015 and delivered key initiatives including streamlining budgeting, establishing a new concierge program, preparing the business for sale, and implementing a new ERP system.
His connection to real estate dates to his university years, working part-time in a local agency while completing his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at Australian Catholic University (1998–2000). A Certified Practising Accountant for over 15 years and an outgoing professional who takes great pride in his work, Michael is currently pursuing an MBA with the Australian Institute of Business.
