A pioneer of franchising in Victoria, Randolph has owned and operated several highly successful real estate businesses and weathered the many ups and downs of the property market and broader Australian economy, accumulating an extraordinary wealth of knowledge and experience.

Ever the innovator, he and his partners were among the first to launch full-page newspaper campaigns to showcase listings and were early adopters of web-based platforms in the 1990s, ensuring Raine & Horne Victoria stayed ahead of changing marketing trends.
