Since starting her real estate career in 1999, Wendy brings extensive experience across residential, rural, commercial and large-scale development, backed by a strong family background in property development and building. She has held senior leadership roles, earned numerous industry accolades including ranking third nationally among residential salespeople, and from 2017 to 2022 served as a Network Manager with Raine & Horne, supporting approximately 60 offices across Queensland and Northern NSW.

During this time, Wendy played an integral role in launching Amplify, Raine & Horne's AI-powered social media marketing platform, and was heavily involved in developing Process Plus, the group's end-to-end sales process system, creating many of the resources and training materials still used across the network today.

After a short stint back in agency, Wendy returned to Raine & Horne in 2025 as a Network Performance Manager, focused on helping principals across Queensland and the Northern Rivers region of NSW innovate through technology, build market share and enhance profitability.
