Meals on Wheels

Concord Community Food Services Inc. has a place in the hearts and homes of The City of Canada Bay community where we provide chilled and frozen meals to frail aged, people with a disability and their carers.

With the delivery of the meal comes the Volunteer visit which can serve to monitor a client as well as providing valuable social interaction.

Raine & Horne Concord Team have been volunteering their time for over 10 years to deliver the food to people in need.
