Raine & Horne Office –Offer Conditions

1. The promoter is: Raine & Horne Dandenong, whose registered office is at 120 Thomas Street Dandenong Vic 3175.
2. The offer is open to residents of the following Postcodes (3175, 3174, 3805, 3803,3976, 3975, 3177, 3802, 3156, 3173, 3806,3977, 3809, 3807) in Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Raine& Horne and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
3. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this offer.
4. By entering this offer, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. The closing date for entries is Thursday, December 12th, 2024. After this date, no further entries to the offer will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the offer as soon as possible.
10. The offer is as follows:

The offer is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. It is not transferable. The offer is subject to availability (the first 3 applicants who meet the terms and conditions), and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. The successful applicants will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter Raine & Horne Dandenong.
12. The successful applicants will be notified by Email or via text message within 7 days of the closing date if the successful applicants cannot be contacted or do not claim the offer within 14 days of notification. In this case, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer from the successful applicants and pick a replacement for successful applicants.
13. The promoter’s decision regarding all matters related to the offer will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this offer, the entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
16. Successful applicants agree to the use of their name and image/video in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the successful applicants or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [Australian] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. Raine & Horne Dandenong will select the offer and decide on the successful applicants.
21. Raine & Horne Dandenong decision as to those able to take part and the selection of successful applicants is final. No correspondence relating to the offer will be entered into.
