Tapi makes it easy to submit repair requests, provide details, upload photos, and receive guidance on common maintenance issues. Once your request has been submitted, our Property Management team will review the details and, where required, seek instructions from the property owner before arranging the appropriate tradesperson.
If your issue may require urgent attention, Tapi can help guide you through basic troubleshooting and determine whether the matter may need to be escalated for after-hours assistance.
