Sales & Property Management Travel Voucher Incentive 2025

  1. The promoter is Raine&Horne Helensburgh whose registered office is at 1/114a Parkes Street, Helensburgh NSW 2508.
  2. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Sales and Property Management Travel Voucher Incentive which begins 22/02/2025 and ends at 4pm on 30/06/2025.
  3. The draw will take place at Raine&Horne Helensburgh at 1/114a Parkes Street, Helensburgh at 4pm on 30/06/2025.
  4. Raine&Horne Helensburgh agrees to transfer $2,000 (for sales) and $800 (for property management) to Envoyage, Cronulla as soon as the recipients are known on 30/06/2025.
  5. There will be one recipient of the sales incentive and one recipient of the property management incentive.
  6. Both recipients will be notified immediately.
  7. To be eligible and included in the draw for the sales travel voucher incentive, participants must list and sell their property with Raine&Horne Helensburgh by 4pm on 30/06/25.
  8. To be eligible and included in the draw for the property management travel voucher incentive, participants must sign a Management Agreement with Raine&Horne Helensburgh by 4pm on 30/06/25.
  9. Closing date for participation is 4pm AEST on 30/06/2025. After this date, no further participation will be permitted.
  10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters pertaining to the travel voucher incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By participating in this incentive, a participant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The $2,000 and $800 respectively can be used towards payment of an equal or higher value holiday; any unused credit is not refundable.
  13. The $2,000 and $800 respectively is not refundable.
  14. No cash alternative will be offered.
