Matt Rogers, Director and Principal, is a fully licensed real estate agent & auctioneer with a strong belief that communication and transparency in dealing with the sale or purchase of someone's home is vital to its managed success. He is considered a real estate expert among colleagues and carries a diverse client base where he combines a wealth of experience, and successes acquired over 25 years in property sales.

Kerry Rogers, General Manager and Principal, expertly manages the daily operations, financial aspects, and new business initiatives across the Toukley and Budgewoi offices. She also provides invaluable support to the property management team.

Our Sales Associate, Jade Burnham, joins the industry with an energetic and enthusiastic approach. Jade enjoys the opportunity to meet people, assist buyers and sellers, and share her local knowledge of our coastal area, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable property experience for all.

Leading our Property Management team is Senior Property Manager’s Elaine Zajicek and Nanci Olivos, who bring passion and deep knowledge of the Central Coast property market, expertly guiding landlords and tenants through the entire property management experience. Our team, including Amy Corbett, Catherine Auld and Tiffany Cook, offer many years of combined property management expertise, providing invaluable support, advice, and building lasting relationships with our clients. Jacinda Sprenkeler, our dedicated Leasing Consultant, is committed to going above and beyond, ensuring landlords are matched with the perfect tenants and helping tenants find their ideal homes.
