Tenancy Application Form

If you are considering renting a property with us, online applications are preferred however, you can also download and view our Tenancy Application Form below.

*NOTE: It is a preference that you view the property, have someone view it on your behalf, or complete a virtual tour before we can process your application.

In order to process your application we need the following documents to be submitted along with the completed and signed application form:

  • A current Personal Information Report from Tasmanian Collection Service - https://tascol.com.au/personal-information-record/ or https://registration.my.equifax.com.au/eligibility-reason for Interstate Applicants.
  • Proof of income e.g. payslips, PAYG Summary, Centrelink statement or bank statement (OPTIONAL),
  • Current photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, Student ID etc)


Your application may be returned to our office

in person at one of our three office locations:

- 13 Charles Street, Orford, TAS, 7190 

or via email to [email protected] or directly to the relevant property manager (See bottom of application form for details)

Please ensure that you have registered your interest in the property on our website by clicking on the book inspection button to be register for any open homes that have been arranged or be notified of days & times if not yet arranged.
