Terms and Conditions – Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga Review Competition

1. Eligibility:

• Entry is open to clients of Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga who leave a review on either Google or Facebook.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must leave a genuine review of their experience with Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga on Google or Facebook.
• Each review counts as one entry. Multiple reviews across platforms are permitted but will be counted as a single entry per person per quarter.

3. Prize:

• One winner will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card each quarter.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

4. Draw Details:

• The draw will occur every quarter, with the winner selected at random from all eligible entries received within that period.
• Winners will be notified via the platform on which they left their review (Google or Facebook) and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

5. Privacy and Use of Reviews:

• By entering the competition, participants consent to Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga using their reviews for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga's privacy policy.

6. General Conditions:

• Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
