Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Submission

• The referrer must provide the referral details (name, property address, phone number and any other available information) to Raine & Horne Blackwood before we have any prior contact with the property owner.
• Referrals made after we have already contacted or engaged with the owner are not eligible.

2. Property / Listing Requirements

• The property must be located within our service areas across Blackwood, Belair, Craigburn Farm, Coromandel Valley, Flagstaff Hill, Aberfoyle Park, and surrounding suburbs.
• A minimum 12-month Management Agreement is required.
• The agreement must be signed, and the property successfully leased to a qualified tenant through our office.

3. Lease & Reward Trigger

• The referral reward is only payable once the property is listed under management with us, a lease is signed, and the tenant has taken possession.
• If the lease does not commence, is withdrawn, or is terminated prior to commencement, the referral reward will not apply.

4. Reward & Payment

• The referrer will receive a $250 gift card within 30 days of lease commencement.
• Raine & Horne Blackwood reserves the right to offer an equivalent alternative reward of the same value if required.

5. Right to Approve / Reject

• Raine & Horne Blackwood retains sole discretion to accept or reject any referral.
• We may refuse referrals that do not meet suitability standards (for example, where the property is not lease-ready, the owner is not committed, or details are incomplete).

6. Limitations

• This program may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• A referrer may be limited to a maximum of three rewards within a 12-month period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Disclosure & Compliance

• Referrers are not acting as real estate agents or representatives of Raine & Horne Blackwood. This program is a promotional “thank-you” reward only.
• This program is governed by South Australian real estate legislation, including the Land Agents Act 1994 (SA).
• In the event of a dispute, Raine & Horne Blackwood’s internal records will be deemed correct and binding.

8. General

• This program is void where prohibited by law.
• By submitting a referral, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
