We contact the landlord, explain our service and next steps.
3. List & Lease
They sign a 12-month Management Agreement and we lease the property.
4. Reward Sent
Your $250 gift card is sent within 30 days of lease commencement.

Program Terms & Conditions
• Referral must be submitted before Raine & Horne Blackwood contacts the landlord.
• Property must be managed by us under a 12-month agreement.
• Reward is only payable once a lease is in effect.
• A referrer is limited to three rewards per 12-month period unless otherwise approved.
